Alessandra Ventrella

She discovers theatre at the age of fourteen when she frequents an acting course for five years in Domodossola. Since that experience, Alessandra goes on to study with theatre and dance companies (Gianluca De Col, Company Abbondanza/Bertoni, Daria Deflorian, Civilleri/Lo Sicco, Teatrino Giullare). In 2013 she is graduated in drammaturgy at the National Academy Paolo Grassi in Milan. From 2010 to 2013 she frequents some workshop at the Teatro Valle Occupy: “Nave scuola” for stage technicians; “Crisi” for dramaturgs and autors organized by Fausto Paravidino and “Legno” for actors and directors organized by Danilo Nigrelli. In the same years she gets few internships: she is assistant director for the show “Il maestro di Vigevano” by Emilio Russo, director Marco Balbi and she is dramaturg and assistant director for the “Anne Sexton project” trylogy by Milena Costanzo. In 2013/2014 she attends the acting course at the PimOff Theatre in Milan by Milena Costanzo and she frequents the dance and research lab. “Artichoke”. She is assistant director for the mailand’s rehersals of “Ce ne andiamo per non darvi altre preoccupazioni” by the company Deflorian/Tagliarini. Alessandra is also assistant director for Roberto Rustioni; assistant director for the show “Aida” by Igor Esposito at Teatro Biondo of Palermo. In the spring of 2014 she founds the company DispensaBarzotti with the aim to discover an own poetical line. In 2016 she is selected as director for the professional master organized by Teatro Due in Parma. Actually Alessandra frequents the advance training “Magie Nouvelle” at CNAC-Centre National des Arts du Cirque in Châlons-en-Champagne, France.
